Hi, I’m Whitney

I am an evidence-based Pilates instructor and a movement optimist. I always encourage exploration through movement and I have special interests in self-care and healthy habit building.

When I’m not in the studio, you can find me: hiking around the Bay Area with my dog, baking, reading, sampling local coffee, triathlon training, and spending time with family and friends.

With a great appreciation for an active lifestyle, I’ll help you move beyond aches and pains, lack of motivation, and not knowing where to start. I will help keep you moving through habit development and accountability coaching.

My mission is to use science and personalization to help you reach your full potential. You can build a better relationship with your body, learn how to be more mindful of your habits, and gain the knowledge and support you need for long-lasting results.
